The W Chicago - City Center is a luxurious and clean hotel with a welcoming and attentive staff from check-in to check-out. Its fantastic location allows for easy access to many nearby attractions, and it's conveniently close to a train station.

It made my trip to Chicago a really really nice experience. Impeccable service, they solved problem when I asked them to. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby. The hotel had a favourable location really close to The Loop. There were a market and stores around the property.

The surrounding area at times can be noisy (construction/garbage trucks, etc) that kept me up. I've stayed at this property a number of times for work and some of the rooms can be really small, so be mindful to ask for a fuller size room if available.

I had a brand-new double room with a king-sized bed and snacks. Truly enjoyed the early check-in and late check-out. - the staff was very attentive from check-in to check-out. - the location was stunning.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to O'Hare Airport and public transit stations. It is right in the center of downtown, close to several nice restaurants. The rooms are well-decorated and comfortable, with super soft sheets and a non-spring mattress. The bathroom is spacious, although it could benefit from a small table or ledge next to the toilet. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. The conference rooms are beautiful and modern, with comfortable chairs and no need for tablecloths. There is also a stunning lobby and a bar with great food and drinks.

The hotel charges for wifi, which is disappointing in this day and age.
